At Zebaqi we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return of exchange under any conditions. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.

Any changes made to the order can be catered within 48 hours only.
All orders made can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
We only take alterations reported in within a week after receiving the outfit.
Worn outfits are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.
Orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

 

Zebaqi may cancel orders for reasons that include an article being out of stock, pricing error or if the credit card payment is declined.
